- Sign a petition for an increase in mental health services: Change.org provides an easy to use template for anyone to sponsor.
- Find a local event advocating for mental health awareness: the IMHRO has a great database to find events near you
- Donate to mental health research: the IMHRO allows individuals to make contributions towards this effort
