  1. Continuous Training: Also known as LSD cardio (long slow distance), or steady state cardio – LSD involves training at the same workload for a extended period of time, usually 20-to-60 minutes, without any periods of rest. Examples of LSD cardio, includes; taking a long walk/jog at a pace.
