If you are trying to reduce the amount of chemicals you use on an everyday basis, essential oils can be a part of your routine. They are natural and you will only need a few drops for each use. The following are some of my favorite essential oils and ways in which I like to use them:
Lavender oil has many properties. It can help you sleep and relax tense muscles, but also improve skin conditions such as psoriasis , eczema and acne. If you have an oil diffuser, you can mix a few drops of lavender with lemongrass and tea tree to purify the air and add a nice scent to your home.
