Meditation has been around for centuries and is known not only for its spiritual practices but also for its health benefits that are being widely accepted in modern day health and wellness. Meditation is the practice of training the mind to be silent or a deep state of peace and tranquility.  This state of peace and calmness, for just 10 minutes a day, can enhance one’s mental and physical well-being.
